Order Processing & Production Timing
All orders are reviewed and processed internally within approximately 2–3 business days in preparation for manufacturing.
Because many of our products are made to order, shipments are scheduled after production and final inspection. Estimated ship dates are provided on your order confirmation or sales document.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
All shipments are FOB origin.
During periods of high order volume, processing and production timelines may extend slightly. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout when available.
Unless otherwise requested, standard ground service is used. We ship using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Residential deliveries may incur additional charges

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information.
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of carrier pickup.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Bates Display & Packaging is not responsible for customs, duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to international shipments.
All import fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Damage, Loss & Claims
All shipments are handled by third-party carriers and are insured for the declared product value.
Ownership transfers to the buyer once the shipment is released to the carrier.
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Retain all packaging materials

Take clear photos of the product and packaging

Photograph the shipping label and tracking number

Contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim

Notify us so we can assist with documentation if needed
Carriers may require detailed documentation such as invoices, part numbers, quantities, packaging details, and photographs. In some cases, the carrier may request an in-person inspection.
Incomplete documentation may delay or affect claim processing.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally. If you are unsure whether we ship to your destination, please contact us prior to placing your order.
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs, and import-related fees.
